Submitting a proposal
To allow rapid and fair assessment of all proposals, CDE uses a portal with a secure online submission system.
The online system operates on an account basis, for details on how to open and operate an account see the Account Manual.
The CDE portal has been designed with a structured set of web forms to draw out and highlight the key aspects of your proposal. The eventual output from the portal is an automatically generated pdf.
Changes to your proposal
To edit this document you must return to the web form page.
When you are ready, you can submit your proposal to MOD as a pdf.

What will the MOD see?
MOD will only see submitted pdf proposals. The original web forms and any earlier pdf documents produced before submission are not seen by the MOD - we regard this work as private to you and your enterprise.
