We have generated a simple set of terms and conditions for Centre for Defence Enterprise contracts. We also realise that intellectual property is often at the forefront of commercial discussions and we have provided a guide to how we view and use intellectual property. The CDE uses three variants of standard contract specially designed for the Centre for Defence Enterprise, principally driven by differing intellectual property conditions.
