By entering as a Group1 team you are applying for MOD funding to develop your system. This will require both a technical and commercial proposal. All the documents required to apply for Group 1 can be found here.
Group 2 teams are applying solely to compete in the Finale in Summer 2008 and will be self-funded. Group 2 applicants will only be required to complete a technical proposal. All the documents required to apply as a Group 2 team can be found here.

Guidance on writing the commercial proposal is contained in the document below. In addition to this guidance is a document containing further details of the relevant Defence Contract Conditions (DEFCONS) and a sample contract template. The contract template is the normal form in which the MOD will contract Group 1 teams.
